I du not use to drink beverage but today i have this inspiration looking in a store on the wine racks . I take a bottle of wine “ Sauvignon blank” and a few fresh plums , a gingerroot , fresh mint , orange marmalade ( what I made ) and I mixed all . I crushed in mixer a few plums and i added pomegranate blueberry juice . The drink is refreshing and the test of all the ingredients gives a new twist to the wine .

After more then two weeks , today I was again with my girls . Maria and Rory are in vacation and just came from California . Emma is a big girl so sweet and so darling . She surprise me what big and strong little girl she became in this time .
Isn’t she a real doll ? She looks to me and melt my hart .
I love you Emma so much !!!!!!!!! Thanks God for the precious moments with my girls .

This dumplings remained me the childhood , made from cottage cheese and cream of wheat and eggs . Coated with bread crumbs fried in butter and sprinkled with sugar . It is a lovely dessert .
Served with generous amount of sour cream .

The bulgur stay in water two hours and after two hours looks like this . Is ready to be use .
I use the bulgur wheat what is absolutely delicious , nutritious , and easy to prepare . Made from the finest quality whole grain red wheat that has been parboiled , dried , and ground , it cooks quickly and may be used in a wide variety of dishes .It is excellent in pilafs, soups, baked goods ,stuffing or casseroles . Bulgur is low in fat and has a milled , nutty flavor . It is also a great source of dietary fiber and protein.
Lettuce
Parsley and mint raffle chopped ,
Tomatoes , reddish , grin pepper ,
Cucumber and green onion,
Juice from lemon ,
Olive oil with cumin and lemon juice .
Mixed all the ingredients and make the salad .
It is a good salad .
I use the bulgur with oat meal for hot cereal .

Even the name of this salad sound French , this meal head on the base a German salad . The French do same very close, but different sauce . They use just vegetables and the name for this salad is “ Macedonia ‘”, The German do the composition with boiled meat and vegetables adding marinated veggies and beets and a pink sauce , they call ” Burliness salad “ and another salad called “A la Russe”
Then the Beuf or Boeuf Salad on the end is a Romanian version , with a stranger name . Anyway , this salad is present on the table in Romania for all the holydays of the entire year .
Ingredients what I use in this delicious salad .
I did this salad for a Baby Shower what will be celebrate today to my work . A young couple who expected a baby girl in August will have today Baby Shower . I have from them presents , a lot of Emma’s clothes . She is growing every day , and another baby girl will be happy to have this beautiful clothes of Emma . Thanks Emma to be so generous and to make happy another baby girl . I love you .
