, I love to do soups . today I am doing a very rich soup in vegetables . I use celery, onion, garlic  ,Kohlrabi, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli   ,  carrots , potatoes, squash ,beets, spinach , yellow bell pepper   and yellow split pea .

 

 

Kohlrabi,what I fined to the Indian store , we have in Europe a lot .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I added a few drops of olive oil to do this surface . 

 

 

 

 

 

The soup is so pretty and tasty , I added on the end lemon juice for a sour taste and sour cream to got this pink color what came from the beets .  

I can say this soup is a comfort soup  in tis time of the year .

I like to shop to Indian store , they have food from all around of world .

I bought this wraper made with tapioca starch , rice starch , water , and salt .

 

The wrappers are very hard like a plastic . But if you deep in worm water they became very soft and easy to roll .

 

After I soft the wrapper in worm water looks like that 

 

 

 

I use lettuce and chicken to roll .

 

Yes , it is very interesting way to serve a salad and different combination of salad , meat and cheese . What I like is the presentation , it is very elegant and unique . Sam different then usually.It is tasty too . I can not wait to try different combinations   

Yes , tonight I decided to cook the chicken breast using my imagination with the ingredients what  I have in my pantry .So chicken breast cut  in strips ,sautéed with green onion, red, grin, yellow bell pepper  ,garlic, fresh ginger , curry ,pepper flex, wine , lemon juice, orange juice , of course salt ( I use sea salt)   all cooked until the chicken is tender. Then thicken the juice with a little corn starch . I use chicken broth . The chicken can be use on the top of rice or noodles , on the side of different kind of potatoes or vegetables , The sweet and sour taste is a very   pleasant surprising flavor from wine in combination with ginger .

I love to do homemade pasta , it is so relaxing and the test is so different , one time you have that pasta you really appreciate what means .

Today I have my day off from work and I have a little time for that . Flour , eggs and passion , that is all you need .

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I did a mixed of vegetables : onion, broccoli, tomatoes, red bell pepper and I added  row honey a pinch of rice vinegar salt pepper , pepper flex and olive oil , all stemmed for short time and I added on the end a drop of red wine  and  than I tossed with fresh cooked pasta  .  I garnish with baby fresh spinach . On the top I put fresh grated mozzarella. The taste  is incredible delicious .

 

 

 

 

 

Today to my work place a coworker from Figgie served us a few slices of oranges with cayenne pepper and salt , they use to serve in this way , and was delicious . So I have the inspiration from that to do a salad tonight .

 

 

 

 

 

 

And this is my salad , what I can say it is so goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

Iceberg lettuce , small amount of cabbage shredded , green bell pepper , cucumber, green apples, oranges pilled and sliced , spinach, tomatoes sliced ,  grapes. My favorite dressing, original rice vinegar and olive oil . Sprinkled the salad with flax and poppy seeds and hot sauce . Delicious !…………………….so goood !

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

One more day prisoner in my house . And finally I decided to clean the driveway , but I have just this tools .

 

Hey , I did so much exercise with my legs walking so many miles this days , why I will not do with my hands too, so go to work girl .

  

First I clean my car .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I tried hard to take out from front of my house the car ,

The grass and soil wet was a really problem .

 

 

 

Finally the car is on driveway .

 

If tomorrow morning is like this I will walk again , it is impossible to go out from my yard on the  street .

 

 

So I hope the ice from the front of my car will melt until tomorrow morning , if no another walk to my work . Will be ok . Right now it is a bright sunshine.

And on the end of the day we had a good dinner and Emma was so tired ,until a good portion of macaroni and cheese was served to her .

I love you my children , and thanks for the wonderful trip to the Aquarium , maybe one day one of my photography will inspire me to paint a nice canvas .I love your face Emma in this picture !!!!!! You are the Boss !

 

  Today I have to rest after this a few days walking in a snow ,going and coming back  from my job .What a relaxation !
