After a hard working day I went to my back yard and I pickup a few branches from the threes what I have in my garden , and I brought in my house , what a delight !

The best soup with my wheat juice ( called in Romania bors )

A lot of fresh cabbage and sauerkraut cabbage , carrots, celery , onion, garlic , bell pepper , condiments, parsley and dill with meat balls rice make unique this soup in combination with this special sour juice . A touch of sour cream on the end and that is the winner .

English cucumber , the first time I bought this vegetables and I really do not know how to use , I wash and cat small peaches and I will use in salads .

Taste more like green beans then cucumber ,

I had this plain wafers and I dis a cake

I use chocolate mocha and peaches gem .

Topped with nuts and crumbled chocolate …. very, very sweet……

This was my weekend ………………….flowers, flowers and flowers .

Flowers , the nature is smile to our harts and ask us to see the beauty what we fined every step

Today I strained the “BORSH” ( Romanian sour liquid from wits four ) and is ready to be drink or use in cooking the most delicious soups.

I have now the”starter “and I am ready to do more . So I prepare another two jars .

My first production of BORSH , it is so good…..

This is the starter

I added more wheat flour and worm water

Ready for two more jars of wonderful and healthy drink ….

Because I have on my back yard the spur cherry threes I put a branch of cherry inside of the jar , the lives of the cherry give a special flavor to the liquid .

In two or three days the juice is ready to be filtered and put in a battles in the refrigerator .

Romanian Borsh

A healthy and tasty juice from Wheat flour in combination with corn flour, yeast and white flour using a special way to obtain a sour liquid after a few days of fermentation. Named Borsh ( in Romania ) with this liquid a vegetable or meat soup can became a delicious comfort soup.

For a special taste add a branch of sour cherry to the liquid

A boiling water is added to the flour enough to cover the flour . Then wen is cold add the yeast and two or three tablespoon of white flour and more water in a jar . On the top put a slice of wheat bread and let a few days to ferment . Every day take out the liquid and put back in a jar . When rich the sour what you like strain the liquid and put in battles in refrigerator . It is ready to be use . It is good for your immune system , a good and tonic every day drink .
