Here is a Cream of spinach what I cooked in Camano for David  yesterday .But is not one usual .Why ?  After I will tell the story you will understand why . I have a big bag of spinach from Costco   and I decided to prepare a good cream of spinach , after the cream is  done I use to put vinegar or sour cream or  yogurt or all above .This ingredients balance the non test of spinach and make a delicious side dish . So I  open  the refrigerator to take the rice vinegar what I love it . The rice vinegar what I have there was in a water battle . But in the same water bottle was Romanian tequila to . I grape the tequila and I pour in to spinach by mistake .Then I tested and I was surprise about the test , was   not sour  like I expect ,so I pour more , I test again and the same , then I realize I didn’t put vinegar . Oh , my , I pour from “TUICA “ Romanian tequila. So Finally I put vinegar and I finish my dish of spinach . Maybe can be a new recipe ? who knows ? Was different anyway   I am positive this recipe will be good for the people who like tequila , and do not like the spinach .After they taste this spinach they will love the spinach to .

What a good Day , thanks Good for a nice and peaceful Weekend .

Friday was a beautiful day , the Sun was shine and the Sky blue .All the nature was alive , and i was ready to go with David to Mount Vernon . He has a meting to College. In our forest the birds sound so nice and I have some pictures.

I was waiting in the car until David came back. I relaxed .

We pass to the Cemetery where was fresh flowers from Memorial Day  resting on the ground .

Then we stop to Home Depot a big store wit a lot of materials for construction .

  

 

 

Then I visit My Department : The Garden , the beautiful flowers !!!!!!!!

 

David was looking to the fruit threes .We really like to plant more fruit threes in Camano . Maybe in the future ………….

I have got hungry and we open a bag with Pita Chips my favor .

A simple and colorful dinner .Salad and little hamburger with  turkey and wits . A peaches yogurt with fresh strawberry and a glass of orange-beets juice.

Today morning a sunshine weak me up .I like to walk and do picture  .Was so peaceful and the air so fresh .The sun was bright and try to penetrate the dark places from the forest .The beautiful flowers all over wore opened to the bright sun  .

Today was a sonny Day and the flowers shows  their splendor under the bright light of the sunshine .  

I like to improvise my Dinner with what I have at  home . A simple Dinner with salad and veggies can look elegant and sophisticate if you use your imagination and pleasure .If you play with food and do different arrangements the plate can be your canvas and the food your colors .Like tonight I have a  salad , veggies and chicken wings and a peace of orange cake and a glass of beets  cranberry apple   juice . What a elegant , simple and satisfy Dinner !  

  

From a week we have in our kitchen In a place where I am working this beautiful flower .  Is so fresh and smile to everyone . The place became more attractive because of her beautiful .  

Finally I sprinkled same orange zest on the top of cake .
