The Artist

 

When i came back from Camano a lot of colorful lives covered all the ground  around of house .The windy from last night put them down .

 

I start to clean around

 

 

I put down all the lives from the hill ,when start to rain so bad !

  I was wet on may shoes .

Then I came in house and i prepare Chinese rice noodles and my own sauce with vegetables .

I use broccoli , carrots, green onion and a lot of fresh garlic , and I fried them in olive oil , I add red chili and salt , pepper , honey and red wine vinegar and rice vinegar . I had same staffed pepper sauce and i added to the vegetables . The test is incredible .

 

And finally I sprinkled same parmesan cheese . Was a good day .        

I LIKE THE CHEESE FROM YOGURT AND I DO SALDOM . THIS  IS A SANDWICH WITH YOGURT CHEESE SLICES  OF BANANA AND I LIKE TO DREZZLE HONEY .AND OF COURSE MY APPLE BEETS JUICE  IS AGOOD ACOMPANIMENT .

AND IS THE MOST DELICIOS IN COMBINATION WITH FRUITS .

LIKE SNOW IN WINTER THE LEAVES COVER THE EVERGREEN THREES.

IN SEATTLE

ON THE BACK YARD THE SNOW MAN IS WEATING FOR SNOW BRRRRRR !

TODAY I DID STAFFED BELL PEPPER .

 

AFTER I STUFFED THE PEPPER I SPRINCLED ON THE TOP OF EACH STUFFED PEPPER FLOUER AND THEN I COVERED THEM WITH HOT CHICKEN BROTH AND I COOKED THEM HAF WAY .

THEN I  PUT OUT FROM THE BROTH ALL THE STUFFED PEPPR AND I ARANGED THEM IN A PAN ON THE TOP OF TIME LEAVES .

FROM THE BROTH WHERE THE STUFFED PEPPER WORE COOKED I DID THE SOS WITH TOMATOE JUICE ( V8 ) AND I COVERED THE STUFFED PEPPER AND I PUT THEM IN OVEN FOR ANOTHER HAF PERIOD OF COOKING .

THIS FRESH VEGGIES IS FROM RON AND CAROL RORY PARENTS , FROM THEYER GARDEN ,AND THE FRUITS TOO.

I DID THE BEETS SALAD TOO TODAY

I BROUGHT  FRESH MEANT LEAVES FROM CAMANO .

 

The red roses what Maria brought for my birthday start to loose the petals .So i want to dry them to have them longer .

always what beautiful this roses  made my Birthday .

 

I can call  like that this dinner tonight .  I have fresh spinach and my imagination create this dish .

Several times when I cut  celery  to my work I was impressed about the shape  of flower , like a rouse .Today I did a photography and this is .

In Seattle home I continue to be fascinate about the beauty of autumn . I took in my living room a few branches of red lives  , they look like a   explosion of fire. When I looked  to the bucket my hart pumped loudly, and I  have got  a high emotion .The harmony of red and yellow wore  so vibrant and so intense powerful , my breading stopped for a second .Was a wonderful experience  .Now for a few days I will enjoy the beauty of this bucket, not to long the lives are ready to live the branches .

   I have , I want , to paint on canvas the beauty of this .

   

I brought from Camano a few beets to start again to do salad beets . From long time I didn’t use .

In Seattle I did a very simple and delicious sandwich .

I love this bread !

Then I drizzle olive oil over sandwich a pinch of salt and pepper .

Apples and plain yogurt with honey will be a good accompaniment.

 

The  wind takes the beautiful leafs   from the branches and they fly all over the grass .Their time is finished . Next spring new leafs will take the place . The life of plants like the life of human been is just a short visit on this earth .Until then we have to admire the beauty of this life  and most important is to know how  to be happy for all the beauty what God created for us . This weekend I really taste the happiness what is coming from the perfection of God creation – THE NATURE IN THE AUTUMN  !!!!!  

Yes , after painting on canvas my pleasure is to embroidery . I let the needle  and the thread to  do the job and i let my imagination to dance  in the world of hundreds of colors and different textures  of threads .

This is the last one what i start 2 years ago and I didn’t work to much , i hope i will star again to work and i will finish . Is a celebration of summer . 

I did this picture for you my lovely Maria . I love you so much and I thanks for the time what we share  yesterday to Camano . Mamma The mamma and the baby .

I usually do yellow polenta with cheese , a Romanian traditionally meal  . I try this weekend white polenta and was very good . Next time I will use white and yellow in combination , I will use one yellow layer of polenta in combination wit one white , and I will put the cheese between the polenta .I am sure will look very nice ! And will taste very good . This time I use large curd cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. I like better blue cheese and feta cheese .

     

Yesterday after I finished  my job I droved  to Camano . Was a nice drive , a silence night , when I left the house from Seattle was still a little light outside but the intense traffic from the freeway made  a lot a light . I really enjoy driving  last night. May car was packed with good staff , like cabbage rolls and cake . I stopped to shopping center  to Camano where I bought same to drink and polenta . Bay mistake I bought white polenta  instead the yellow  one, and surprising I prepare with mozzarella cheese and was very good .

  Saturday noon Maria arrived to Camano and we celebrate my Birthday , eating the famous cabbage rolls with polenta and sour cream . I did a chicken noodle soup and Maria has the idea to eat with fresh  lemon juice , was the first time I tray it and was really good  .We harvested the apples from our garden and I tacked  same in Seattle .I will do same apple sauce and apple butter .  Maria visit in Camano with us  was the best present for my Birthday , thanks God .

Today we also pickup all the apples from the trees .

The peach tree has beautiful colorful lives. From the largest to the smallest apples .   

Same are really fanny . We have 4baxes with apples.

The house in Camano start to look better , we still have a lot to do .
