Today I did Romanian Mici from ground turkey , a lot of garlic and the secret is baking soda .Traditionally the meat use for this meal is lamb . But i like turkey .
They “ Micii “ look good and they are delicious , I like to serve with dell pickles , horseradish mustard red onion and homemade bread .
Hi still has a lot to do , but we are very optimist !

Then we went to eat a tomatoes soup sandwiches , salad and orange juice .And Maria take me on a chocolate store .

So now back to home .
I love to cook almost like I like to paint and embroidery. I ken say I start to be expert in cooking doing that every day 8 hours .After my job hours I enjoy cooking home and experimenting in this direction . Romanian Cozonac is a sweet bread same time simple same time with nuts , same time with pappy seeds or dry fruits . I try to remember my youngest age when my grandma use to do this dessert so good .And this days I try it .

Today I tried again 
And i ad same dry cranberries , was developed so hi and rich the top of the bread machine and I have to transfer the Cozonac for another 10 minutes in oven to bake the top . Finally I had a fan time and the test is grate . Next time I will try to roll the dough around a nuts or pappy seeds filling .
In spring I enjoy the trees around our property when their flowers and lives start to show their splendor , in summer I love their shade , in this time I have to pay tribute for that . Hundreds of lives stocked on our roof , on our yard .

Cornulete cu nuca Is a kind of cookies with walnuts.
They are soft and tender is melting in your mouth .In the same time crunchy from the ground nuts .
They are delicious.
I remember when I was a little girl and when I visited my Grandmother what pleasure made me to see her cooking and special working with flour and making pasta .She was a expert in making pasta and a lot of breads . Her chicken noodle soup was the best , I never ever tested such a good soup like her soup , I still have the test of her soup in my mined .Today I have this desire to do homemade pasta and my Grandmother was in my mined and hart .

This is my final presentation of homemade pasta . Is so good , I just tasted is delicious .
The rest of pasta I put to dry and I storage in a large glass container I will use another time . Oh , I have a idea , next time I will do pasta with ground nuts and sugar a meal what remember me my childhood .
