Happy Birthday my dear girl !!! Today was a wonderful day with a lot of sunshine a clear blue sky and was your Birthday our  dear Girl .You are a wonderful daughter and we  love you so much .From the time you came in our  life you make us so happy and you change our  life . Now when your self are a mammy you can understand much better what means to be a mammy . Today we had a wonderful time with you , Emma  , Rory ,and  his parents . You and Rory are a good parents and Emma is blessed to be your baby , like you are blessed with this little Engel , Emma Mae .

The Lasagna what Rory did for dinner was the best I have in my life . Hi is a wonderful husband now father and a excellent cook  . We love you Rory .

The spring is here with all the splendors , the blue sky , the green grease with dandelions, the trees are with flowers. The sunshine honor us almost every day .The entire nature start to be alive again and we can taste all this every day , just to stop for a few minutes to take a  breath  of fresh air, to look around us to discover  the beauty of nature with what God bless us. 

Outside of my house everything is green .

Inside I brought the spring with a few branches from the boshes  from the back yard .

And with all the beauty from outside of the house and all the beauty from the inside I start to cook  Romanian Stile Cream of Spinach .

The beautiful color of this meal is matching perfect with a nice day of spring .What a treat !

And this cream of spinach is good with Romanian Mici ( a type of hamburger  with fresh herbs ) I use ground turkey.

Yummy, yummy !!!!!!!! The plate was empty in a minute .Ha, ha, ha……..

Have a nice spring .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

I did a Romanian version of pasta with  fresh cabbage . I associate this meal with Chinese cuisine . I change a little the recipe adding on the top before serving , slices of red onion what i prepare with rice vinegar, salt and a drop of olive oil .I like the combination , I like the onion crunchiness to the smooth pasta .

From many years we didn’t buy dishes , but this Friday David bought this  Crock – Pot , and I can not wheat to cook with.

When I compose poems I put a part of my soul in words  . I wish to can describe in words  what feeling I have in that moment . Is like I drink the best  spring water and I have got drunk . Drunk of pleasure to put the words together and to express the melody of my heart .And when I write for my lovely one is an indescribable  moment .

Today I wrote this poem for my Grand Daughter , and I wrote with a lot of love .She is our Angel .

A beautiful day with a lot of sunshine , a day when our preaches grand daughter came on this world . A few minutes ago when I hold her I was the happiest grandmother from the entire world , and I pray God to give her a happy and healthy life , to be a lovely girl what to give a lot of love to her parents and respect for her mammy and daddy what love her so much . Tonight I see my baby girl with her little baby and  now she is a mammy .What fast is running the time ! Congratulation Maria and Rory for your beautiful little girl ! May God bless you and your little one .

  Four hours after she was born.

Is a lucky  dog , everybody loves her .She has a special place in the house .But more important she has a special place in our harts.

This dumplings are made with cream of wheat , Romanian stile .  Is a light and good soup and The dumplings with a lot of parsley are delicious  and make this soup different .

A good sandwich can be a meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner .I like to do sandwiches instant, looking what i have on my refrigerator in the moment . Turkey is my favorite meat for sandwiches. Here are two of this sandwiches.  

Turkey with mozzarella cheese on homebred with my  sauerkraut what  I marinated a few weeks ago .

This are delicious sandwiches them self or in a companion of good homemade soup. 

Yesterday was a gorgeous day . I was visiting Maria  and we spend a time on the balcony where the sunshine gives  us the blessing of spring . 

In soon our little baby will enjoy the beauty of spring .

Today I did a cauliflower soup .

    The soup is so refreshing with yogurt and lemon . And of course a good bread make the perfect compliment of this light and delicious dinner .

At work I  did for dinner chicken rice casserole .

I topped with corn crumbs and cheese .

And vegetables .

They look so fresh and they are so good .

I had a good day !!! Thanks God .
