The Artist

When I walk today morning to my work the sky was dark grey .

I did the pasta lasagna and i use pork sausage and turkey meat . Cottage cheese and ricotta cheese and on the top  I add same mozzarella cheese too .

I mixed the cheeses with eggs .

Then I put layers of meat ,cheese and pasta , repeating until i finished all the meat and cheese . 

  I head same marinated mushrooms and i decorated on the top . Then I put to bake .

   Lasagna is good with garden salad and garlic bread , so i did a homemade bread too . Now the bread is raising , when will be done I will do a picture .

The bread is done and I am so happy , i did a great job !!!

Is not delicious ? The crust is shine and crunchy and i sprinkle on the top a few caraway seeds .Good job Maria!!!!! 

!6 miles walking , I did from Sunday until today . In  my way back to my house yesterday I did some photography .

For Breakfast

What a good start of the day in special when you have to walk 2 miles to work .And I have to do today again . I am exiting !   

My car is broken . So I have to walk to my work . I need 45 minutes to go and 30 minutes to came back . I did some  photographs on my way .

When I came back the moon was on the sky .

This is the bread what I dreamed I will do one day .And today was the day . I know if you persist in doing something with love you will succeed .

19 April 1966 the WEEIDING  DAY

Today I decided to make a homemade potato bread . I really was pleased about the results .  The bread is light ,fluffy ,elastic and I finally like this recipe .

Topped with sweet butter and honey  with a glass of compote .

  Is so delicious .

Today Emma came for first time in my house and I have sensation of the holiday . She was so  sweet , she was like a doll . I love her so much and  I love her mammy too . They are my Girls , they are my life . It is so preaches to see Emma  haw is changing every day , more beautiful and alert of what is happened around her .

I was so happy seeing her so comfortable on my bed .

Look her eyes , she is ready to go back to her home .

Today after work I explore my “Jungle” and I pickup same wailed flowers  what are all over my yard .I did a nice bouquet and I enjoy them now  in  the loving room

And they have a heavenly smell , like the most delicate perfume.
