Homemade cheese from yogurt
I use to do just from yogurt , but in tis time I use milk too .This cheese is very good with fruits or pasta , on the salads .
I add to, worm milk yogurt and I let to stand in worm place over night , then I put all in strainer with cheese cloth and I let to strain 24 hours.
The juice from the cheese is very testy and sour , I like to use in soups .
We call in Romania ( Zar ) and I like to drink it like it is too .
