A few days ago I start to read the book “Joy of cooking “ and I fined a few interesting recipes of how to make homemade bread .
So I start to do one .
My bread finally looks good !!!!!

Today I did a Romanian meal Varza a la Cluj .
Cabage , ground meat and rice . I use the marinated cabbage what I marinated a few weeks ago .
