The midnight Bread
Today I tired to do another bread , now is 12 a clock night time when I take it from oven . is hot and smoky but I can not wheat , and I cat it and I put a little sweet butter to test . Oh , God is so delicious !
The top didn’t raise to much , but maybe next time …….The recipe sad to put the bread in cold oven and then to raise the temperature to 400F for 15 minutes , then to put 175F , for 25 minutes . I believe the 400F for start is to high temperature and do not aloud time to raise slow , so next time I will try from the start 250F or 275F for 45 minutes . I will see what will happened.
The texture is what i expect …..
