The Beuf or Boeuf Salad
Even the name of this salad sound French , this meal head on the base a German salad . The French do same very close, but different sauce . They use just vegetables and the name for this salad is “ Macedonia ‘”, The German do the composition with boiled meat and vegetables adding marinated veggies and beets and a pink sauce , they call ” Burliness salad “ and another salad called “A la Russe”
Then the Beuf or Boeuf Salad on the end is a Romanian version , with a stranger name . Anyway , this salad is present on the table in Romania for all the holydays of the entire year .

I did this salad for a Baby Shower what will be celebrate today to my work . A young couple who expected a baby girl in August will have today Baby Shower . I have from them presents , a lot of Emma’s clothes . She is growing every day , and another baby girl will be happy to have this beautiful clothes of Emma .
