I use the bulgur wheat what is absolutely delicious , nutritious , and easy to prepare . Made from the finest quality whole grain red wheat that has been parboiled , dried , and ground , it cooks quickly and may be used in a wide variety of dishes .It is excellent in pilafs, soups, baked goods ,stuffing or casseroles . Bulgur is low in fat and has a milled , nutty flavor . It is also a great source of dietary fiber and protein.
Lettuce
Parsley and mint raffle chopped ,
Tomatoes , reddish , grin pepper ,
Cucumber and green onion,
Juice from lemon ,
Olive oil with cumin and lemon juice .
Mixed all the ingredients and make the salad .
It is a good salad .
I use the bulgur with oat meal for hot cereal .
